More men are having plastic surgery than ever before...
Cosmetic surgery for men tops 1 million as seen in recent surveys by American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Men comprise 14% of all the cosmetic plastic surgery procedures for men in 2000, were nose reshaping, eyelid surgery, liposuction, hair transplantation and breast reduction (gynecomastia).
The top five male non-surgical procedures in 2000 were chemical peel, laser hair removal, BOTOX injection, microdermabrasion and collagen injection.
Men make this choice not only for personal satisfaction, but also as a wise business move. Men realize they not only have to compete skill wise with their peers and younger men, but they also need to look good.
